Muscular tightness restricts your body’s ability to move. Identify where you may be tight!
If you find muscles that are tight then consider performing specific static stretches to lengthen them. These can be done multiple times daily. Continue reading

The inaugural Lashmars Invitation Cup Fencing Competition
~ Sunday 23rd June. 2013 ~
Supported by Lashmars Tax Accountants, Lymington
This will be a three-weapon team competition, with each invited club to enter two mixed teams, one junior, one senior, each with 1 fencer at foil, epee and sabre.
